hey there,
let me know if things are better now.
we think we're working properly now on the "main browsers" out there:

-firefox
-safari
-IE7, IE8, IE9
-chrome
-firefox v3.6
-iOS
-some android

still looking into seeing if still issues on Iceweasel (linux firefox) and PlayStation...

but at any rate, hopefully much more of the embeds and videos are playing now and your users are happier.

please let me know how everything is going...

My apologies for the delayed response - I tried responding to this earlier but kept getting an error message telling me I needed to log in to reply, and I WAS logged in. lol!

Anyway - I got a comment that some of the movies aren't loading for viewers in Australia.

Also, what I think is happening - many of these when they are set to auto load will show a picture of the "play" button while they're loading, rather than the "loading" image - so what may be happening is people are clicking on that play button which seems to pause the movie rather than load it, depending on which browser a person is using.

I tried to put a movie poster image in there but it won't show a poster and auto-load at the same time - is there a way to change that play button to a "loading" indicator when it's configured to auto load to avoid the confusion?
